With nearly a decade of experience in healthcare staffing and executive leadership, Chris is known for scaling teams, building culture, and driving sustainable growth in people driven businesses. In his first two years at Uniti Med, he helped grow the company from $5 million to more than $60 million in revenue. Today, he oversees operations across a healthcare staffing platform exceeding $100 million in annual revenue. In addition to his executive role, Chris is a sought after keynote speaker who presents at conferences and leadership events across the United States. His keynotes draw from real world experience and focus on leadership, recruitment, sales, and business development, helping organizations compete for talent, build resilient teams, and grow in highly competitive markets. Paula Steenson is a well known event planner and fundraiser in the greater Omaha market with over 30 years of experience doing everything from launching new nonprofit events to establishing existing events in new markets and in the process doing a little bit of everything else that she can by helping individuals and organizations accomplish their goals. Her philosophy has always been to help her clients in every way possible to have smooth, seamless events that raise the dollars they are looking for. There are two options for speaking at an emPower Breakfast event:

Featured Speakers

Being a featured speaker provided the business or individual to shine for 15 minutes. You want to follow similar guidelines as a 3-minute speaker. You need to make sure you provide good information that is relevant to most attendees on a topic that you are a thought leader on. Here you can bring a presentation and use the A/V system.

NOTE: Filling out the form places you into the queue to be a speaker. You will be notified of the month and day when you will be assigned. Use the Message field to make any special requests: Month, AV, etc.

Share Your Business With a 3-Minute Presentation At No Cost

Each month, there are opportunities to tell the group a little more about yourself by doing a 3-minute presentation on you and your business.

This is more than just an elevator speech – it’s an opportunity to share more information about who you are, what you do, and how you can help any of the people attending the emPower Breakfast.
